上江坝址为金沙江中游替代虎跳峡高坝方案的比较坝址之一,海排滑坡位于上江坝址右坝肩,规模约2 600×104m3,为特大型岩质顺层滑坡,经稳定性分析该滑坡整体稳定性较好。上江坝址因受地形地质条件限制,枢纽建筑物多集中布置在右岸,其中大坝右岸坝体、溢洪道、1#、2#、3#导流隧洞进口边坡、上游围堰右岸堰体等建筑物直接涉及海排滑坡,主要存在坝(堰)基防渗处理、不均匀沉降变形、建筑物边坡稳定等工程地质问题,均须采取工程措施予以处理;引水发电隧洞和导流隧洞洞身段从海排滑坡滑床基岩中通过,洞室位于滑床以下30~347 m,滑坡对洞室稳定基本无影响。
