目的:研究一种复方芳香植物提取物对营养型肥胖大鼠的减肥作用。方法:制备了复方芳香植物水提取物和营养型肥胖大鼠模型,用提取物连续ig给药5周,测量体重、体脂,计算肥胖指数和Lee’s指数,ELISA检测血清瘦素(LEP),制作石蜡切片观察脂肪组织形态变化,测定血清超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC),初步分析药物作用机制。结果:与营养型肥胖大鼠模型组比较,复方芳香植物提取物各剂量组(4 000,2 000,500 mg.kg-1)大鼠体重和体脂均显著减轻(P<0.05),肥胖指数和Lee’s指数也均有所降低,高剂量组肥胖指数显著降低(P<0.05);提取物各剂量组均显著降低大鼠血清LEP水平(P<0.01或P<0.05),呈现剂量依赖性;切片观察高剂量组脂肪细胞显著变小(P<0.01),单位视野细胞数目显著增加(P<0.01);各剂量组均显著增加大鼠血清SOD和T-AOC含量、降低MDA含量(P<0.01),呈现剂量依耐性。结论:本复方芳香植物提取物对营养型肥胖大鼠具有明显的减肥功效和良好的抗氧化作用。
Objective: To study the weight loss effect of a compound aromatic plant extract on nutritionally obese rats. Methods: Aqueous extract of compound aromatic plant and nutrient obesity rat model were prepared. The body weight and body fat were measured with ig administration for 5 weeks. Results: Compared with the model group, the body weight and body fat of the 4 groups (4 000, 2 000, 500 mg.kg-1) were significantly decreased (P <0.05) Lee’s index also decreased, the obesity index of high-dose group was significantly lower (P <0.05); the extract of each dose group were significantly lower serum LEP levels (P <0.01 or P <0.05), showing a dose-dependent; The number of adipocytes in the high dose group was significantly decreased (P <0.01) and the number of cells in the field of vision was significantly increased (P <0.01). The levels of SOD and T-AOC in serum and the content of MDA decreased ), Showing dose-dependent patience. Conclusion: The compound aromatic plant extract has obvious weight-loss effect and good anti-oxidant effect on nutrition-type obese rats.
