美国心理学家斯金纳提出的强化理论为人们研究奖励与惩罚提供了理论依据。本文从强化理论出发,探讨幼儿教师在运用奖励和惩罚时经常遇到的问题,如惩罚是否必要、惩罚的时间和方式、奖励是否一定有益等等,并根据问题提出了有效奖惩的策略。 The strengthening theory put forward by American psychologist Skinner provided a theoretical basis for people to study reward and punishment. Based on the theory of reinforcement, this article explores the frequently encountered problems of kindergarten teachers in using reward and punishment, such as whether punishment is necessary, when and how the punishment is punished, whether the reward is beneficial and so on. According to the problem, the author puts forward an effective reward and punishment strategy.
