对车用压缩天然气钢瓶出现的裂纹进行金相分析、断口分析和能谱分析。分析结果表明,钢瓶中裂纹产生于高温下,裂纹产生之后经历了高温加热过程,裂纹以沿晶开裂为主,是产生于高温变形过程的制造裂纹。
Cracks in automotive CNG cylinders were analyzed by metallography, fracture analysis and energy spectrum analysis. The analysis results show that the cracks in the cylinder are generated at high temperature, and the crack undergoes high temperature heating after the crack is generated. The crack is dominated by intergranular cracking and is the manufacturing crack resulting from the high temperature deformation.
