抗日战争时期,陕甘宁边区在积极推进政权建设、经济建设的同时,因势利导,从始至终地开展节约运动。陕甘宁边区的节约运动,不仅一贯强调在日常生活方面进行节约,更为重要的是,边区还调动一切积极因素,采取各种各样的措施,努力开展生产节约、建设节约。由于各级领导身体力行,起到了模范带头作用,陕甘宁边区的节约运动收到了较好的效果,其中积累的各种经验,至今仍有借鉴作用。 During the period of the War of Resistance Against Japan, the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region carried out the campaign of saving movement from start to finish while actively promoting political power and economic construction. The conservation movement in the Shensi-Kansu-Ningsia Border Region not only has consistently emphasized saving in daily life, but more importantly, the border area has also mobilized all positive factors and taken various measures to strive for production saving and building conservation.
