在我国改革开放好政策的指导下,我国中小企业得到了迅猛发展,已经成为我国经济社会发展的重要支撑力量。但我国中小企业普遍存在着“家族式”管理模式,因而造成企业财务管理缺乏规范化和制度化等问题,在一定程度上制约了中小企业的快速发展。本文重点对中小企业财务管理问题进行了分析,并据此提出中小企业财务管理的改进措施,以期对中小企业有所帮助。 Under the guidance of a good policy of reform and opening up in our country, the SMEs in our country have undergone rapid development and have become an important support force for the economic and social development in our country. However, there are ubiquitous “family style ” management modes in SMEs in our country. As a result, the lack of standardization and institutionalization of corporate financial management has restricted the rapid development of SMEs to a certain extent. This article focuses on the SME financial management issues are analyzed, and accordingly proposed SME financial management improvements, with a view to help SMEs.
