针对核燃料后处理用空气升液系统,给出了基于PROFIBUS DP总线质量流量控制器的控制方法。针对空气升液系统组成提出了控制系统组成结构。详细分析了PROFIBUS DP总线质量流量的选型、电气连接和软件实现。最后,提出使用多项式回归的方式,建立了压缩空气流量与被提升料液流量的关系。
Aimed at the air lift system for nuclear fuel reprocessing, the control method based on PROFIBUS DP bus mass flow controller is given. Aiming at the composition of air lift system, the composition of control system is proposed. Detailed analysis of PROFIBUS DP bus mass flow selection, electrical connection and software implementation. Finally, the way of using polynomial regression is put forward to establish the relationship between the compressed air flow rate and the liquid flow rate to be upgraded.
