目的了解昌平区流动人口艾滋病相关知识、态度、行为现状及其影响因素,为进一步有效地开展流动人口艾滋病预防和控制工作提供依据。方法 对辖区建筑工人、工厂工人、个体经营者、住宿餐饮从业人员、家政从业人员、临时雇佣劳动力、娱乐场所从业人员7类流动人口进行问卷调查。结果流动人口艾滋病相关知识知晓率为84.8%,不同性别、不同行业人群艾滋病相关知识知晓率差异均有统计学意义。Binary Logistic回归分析显示,不同性别、年龄、户籍、文化程度、是否做过免费HIV检测等因素对其知晓率有显著影响;流动人口现有的艾滋病相关知识通过多途径获得,从高到低依次是电视、免费宣传材料、广播等,但流动人口最希望获得艾滋病相关知识的途径从高到低依次是电视、免费宣传材料、书籍等;有3.6%的流动人口做过免费HIV检测;仅22.1%的人不歧视HIV/AIDS;有4.7%流动人口有商业性行为,仅18.1%的人能每次坚持用套;有7.3%的流动人口与临时性伴发生过性关系,仅18.1%的人能坚持每次用套;有0.5%的男性有同性行为,仅16.7%的人能坚持每次用套。结论昌平区流动人口艾滋病知识掌握不全面,存在对HIV/AIDS的歧视态度和感染艾滋病的高危性行为。需要进一步加强对当地流动人口的艾滋病综合干预。
Objective To understand the HIV / AIDS related knowledge, attitude and behavior of floating population in Changping District and its influencing factors so as to provide evidence for further AIDS prevention and control of floating population. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 7 categories of migrant workers including construction workers, factory workers, self-employed workers, residential and catering workers, domestic workers, temporary workers and entertainment workers. Results The awareness rate of AIDS related knowledge among floating population was 84.8%. There was significant difference in AIDS awareness among different sexes and different industries. Binary Logistic regression analysis showed that gender awareness, age, household registration, educational level, and whether HIV testing was done or not had a significant impact on the rate of awareness. Among the floating population, existing HIV / AIDS related knowledge was obtained through many ways, from high to low TV, free promotional material, radio, etc. The most popular ways for migrants to acquire AIDS-related knowledge are TV, free promotional material, books, etc. 3.6% of the floating population have done free HIV testing, and only 22.1 % Of people do not discriminate against HIV / AIDS; 4.7% of migrants have commercial sex, only 18.1% of them can stick to it at a time; 7.3% of migrants have sexual intercourse with temporary partners, and only 18.1% People can stick with each use; 0.5% of men have the same sex, only 16.7% of people can use each set. Conclusion The knowledge of HIV / AIDS among floating population in Changping District is not comprehensive. There is a discriminatory attitude toward HIV / AIDS and high risk behaviors of HIV / AIDS. There is a need to further strengthen HIV / AIDS comprehensive interventions for local migrants.
