国内长输管道大量采用SHAFT气液联动阀,该阀主要由机械及仪表工程师负责维护,他们常常关注在阀的密封和电气动作上的完整性,对阀门的绝缘没有重视。这种阀安装在阀室时往往前后都没有安装绝缘接头,阀门的绝缘影响着整个阴保系统的阴极绝缘。现有标准仅建议阴极保护例行检查中检查管道上安装的绝缘接头,运营者往往忽略了焊接在管道上的SHFAT阀,使得阴极绝缘故障广泛存在而得不到解决。本文解析了SHFAT阀的绝缘原理,列举了SHAFT阀维各种绝缘故障及出现的频率。
