用悬浮聚合法制备了六批磁性微珠,其表面有相同量的胺基功能基团;用戊二醛一步法,对αHCG单抗标记了碱性磷酸酶,用βHCG单抗制备了磁珠一抗,测得HCG浓度为500mU/ml、250mU/ml、100mU/ml时的OD值CV偏差分别为46%、68%和70%。
Six batches of magnetic beads were prepared by suspension polymerization with the same amount of amine-functional groups on their surface. One-step glutaraldehyde method was used to label alkaline phosphatase (α-HCG) with α-HCG monoclonal antibody The primary antibodies were prepared. The CV deviations of OD values of HCG at 500mU / ml, 250mU / ml and 100mU / ml were 46%, 68% and 70%, respectively.
