2011年国家统计局发布的数据显示,乡村人口为65656万人占中国大陆总人口的48.73%。从这个数字上看,虽然农村人口较2010年第六次人口普查少了减少1456万人。但是这个庞大的数字依然会告诉我们中国仍然是一个农业大国。那么,要想提高中华民族的整体素养,提高农村文化建设就成为当下亟待解决的问题。本文以传播学的相关理论为理论根据,结合社会学和设计学相关分析方法,以河北武强县农村为研究范本,通过农村的媒介状况、媒介的发展特点和信息传播情况,农民对媒介的接触行为的比较分析,研究媒介传播与农村文化建设的关系,探寻更好地利用多元媒介传播方式促进新农村的文化建设的措施,为新农村文化建设提供良好的借鉴样本,同时也为当前相关学术研究,提供具体的调研数据和参考,这将对新农村建设具有十分重要的意义。
