花生是重要的食物过敏原。花生过敏反应因其潜在的危险性、长期性以及不断增加的发病率而日益受到重视。本研究总结了 2 0个花生过敏病例。对花生过敏原进行了聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳 ,并对 8例进行了免疫印迹分析。结果花生过敏原含有 14条蛋白区带 ,其中以 6 3kD、4 1.7kD、39kD、34.8kD、17.9kD等 5条带蛋白含量最丰富。花生过敏原中有 8种蛋白能与花生特异性IgE结合 ,它们是 6 3kD (recognizedby 4 8sera)、4 8.5kD(recognizedby 5 8sera)、4 1.7kD (recognizedby 4 8sera)、2 3.5kD(recognizedby 4 8sera)、17.9kD (recognizedby 4 8sera)、34.8kD(recognizedby 1 8sera )、39kD(rec ognizedby 3 8sera )、5 3kD(recognizedby 3 8sera )。
Peanuts are important food allergens. Peanut allergy is increasingly valued because of its potential risk, long-term, and increasing morbidity. This study summarizes 20 cases of peanut allergy. Peanut allergens were subjected to polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, and immunoblotting was performed in 8 cases. Results The peanut allergen contained 14 protein bands, of which the bands of 6 3kD, 4 1.7kD, 39kD, 34.8kD and 17.9kD were the most abundant. Eight of the peanut allergens bind peanut-specific IgE, which are 6 3 kD (recognized by 4 8 sera), 4 8.5 kD (recognized by 5 8 sera), 4 1.7 kD (recognized by 4 8 sera), 23.5 kD (recognized by 4 8sera), 17.9kD (recognizedby 48sera), 34.8kD (recognizedby 18sera), 39kD (recognizedby 38sera), 53kD (recognizedby 38sera).
