对双层搭接的碳纤维复合材料板与钢板胶-螺混合连接在单调受拉伸荷载下的拉伸性能展开试验研究;考察其极限承载力、应变分布以及破坏模式;并与螺栓连接、纯胶连接方式比较;同时还考虑制作工艺对混合连接的影响。结果表明,混合连接承载力稳定。两种工艺制作的固定尺寸的混合节点中,先胶结再钻孔的节点在一定数量范围内增加螺栓数会使承载力上升,但过多使用螺栓承载力反而下降;先钻孔再涂胶的节点螺栓和胶层协同工作性能好,但制作工艺要求更高。
Tensile properties of double-lapped carbon fiber composite plates and steel plate-rubber hybrid joints under monotonic tensile loading were investigated. The ultimate bearing capacity, strain distribution and failure modes were investigated. Plastic connection method comparison; also consider the impact of the production process on the hybrid connection. The results show that the hybrid bearing capacity is stable. In the two kinds of hybrid joints of fixed size, the joints of the first cementing and re-boring increase the bearing capacity within a certain number of ranges, but the bearing capacity of the bolt increases with too much, Node bolt and glue layer work well together, but the production process requires higher.
