目的探索构建具有地域特点、行业特征和个性特色的血站文化体系,力求从深层次上构建员工的核心价值观,使血站文化真正转化为员工的价值理念和共同行为模式。方法从企业文化、医院文化、组织文化等各个角度、各个层面吸收养分,加以变革、创新、发展和积淀,构建血站文化建设体系。结果结合大连市的地域特点和血站的实际情况,构建了以精神文化、物质文化、质量文化、科技文化、服务文化和宣传文化为依托的血站文化的基本框架,较好地发挥血站文化的导向功能、凝聚功能、激励功能、约束功能和辐射功能。结论只要我们正确认识血站文化的内涵、特征和作用,以人为本,强化责任责任,树立血站品牌,就能有效地促进采供血事业的健康持续发展。
Objective To explore the construction of blood station culture system with geographical features, industry characteristics and personality characteristics, and to strive to construct the core values of employees from deep levels so that the blood station culture can be truly transformed into the staff values and common behavior models. Methods From the perspectives of enterprise culture, hospital culture, organizational culture and other aspects, to absorb nutrients at various levels, change, innovate, develop and accumulate, and build a blood culture system. Results Based on the geographical characteristics of Dalian City and the actual situation of blood stasis, a basic framework of blood stasis culture based on spiritual culture, material culture, quality culture, science and technology culture, service culture and propaganda culture was constructed. Cultural orientation, cohesion, motivation, restraint and radiation. Conclusion As long as we correctly understand the connotation, characteristics and functions of blood station culture, people-oriented, strengthen responsibility and establish a blood station brand, we can effectively promote the healthy and sustainable development of blood collection and blood supply.
