目的:观察脂肪乳剂对胃癌病人淋巴细胞CD3、CD4、CD8分子及IL-2受体表达的影响。方法:从5例胃癌病人外周血中分离出淋巴细胞,每例分7组,G1、G2、G3加入力能,G4、G5、G6组加入Lipofundin,剂量为:200μg/ml、500μg/ml、1000μg/ml,G7对照,加入1640培养基于37℃,5%CO2培养72h,以单克隆抗体检测。结果:G3组CD3、CD4分子的表达明显受抑制(P<0.05),其它各组CD3、CD4分子及各组CD8分子及IL-2受体表达无明显差异(P<0.05)。结沦:高浓度的力能对CD3、CD4分子表达有抑制作用,Lipofundin对CD3、CD4、CD8分子及IL-2受体的表达无影响。
Objective: To observe the effect of fat emulsion on the expression of lymphocyte CD3, CD4, CD8 and IL-2 receptor in gastric cancer patients. Methods: Lymphocytes were isolated from the peripheral blood of 5 patients with gastric cancer. Each group was divided into 7 groups. G1, G2, and G3 were added with force energy. G4, G5, and G6 groups were added to Lipofundin at doses of 200 μg/ml and 500 μg/ml. 1000μg/ml, G7 control, 1640 medium was added at 37°C, 5% CO2 culture for 72h, detected with monoclonal antibody. RESULTS: The expression of CD3 and CD4 in G3 group was significantly inhibited (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the expression of CD3 and CD4 molecules and CD8 and IL-2 receptors in other groups (P<0.05). Sputum: high concentration of energy can inhibit the expression of CD3 and CD4 molecules. Lipofundin has no effect on the expression of CD3, CD4, CD8 and IL-2 receptors.
