本文立足二十一世纪初期大型国有企业思想政治工作现状,分析了在我国经济社会发展进程中承担巨大政治、经济、社会、环境责任的化工企业员工思想特点、价值取向特点,并针对当前化工企业职工思想教育工作遇到的前所未有的新问题,重点讨论了十八届三中全会再次吹响改革发展号角后,以价值观为本理论引入化工企业职工思想教育的意义、方法及保障措施,从而为工作在高危化工企业的管理者提供应对改革需求,稳定员工队伍的新思路、新举措。
Based on the current situation of the ideological and political work of large state-owned enterprises in the early 21st century, this paper analyzes the ideological and value-orientation characteristics of chemical workers who shoulder enormous political, economic, social and environmental responsibilities in the process of economic and social development in our country. The ideological education of workers encountered unprecedented new problems, focusing on the eighteenth session of the Third Plenary once again sounded the horn of reform and development, the concept of value-oriented chemical industry workers to introduce ideological and political education significance, methods and safeguards so as to Managers working in high-risk chemical industry enterprises should provide new ideas and new measures to deal with the reform needs and stabilize the workforce.
