本文以给定结构拓扑的石油井架为对象,以杆件截面为变量,进行优化,使井架在各种工况及约束下重量最轻。采用的方法是具有可行性调整的齿行优化法,此法程序简单、收敛速度快。本文在计算机上对JJ300/43—A型井架进行优化计算,使井架重量减轻17%。
In this paper, the oil derrick of a given structure topology is taken as an object, and the cross section of the rod is taken as a variable to optimize the derrick, so that the derrick has the lightest weight under various operating conditions and constraints. The method used is to adjust the feasibility of tooth line optimization method, this method is simple, fast convergence. In this paper, the JJ300 / 43-A derrick is optimized on the computer, which can reduce the derrick weight by 17%.
