一、聚氨酯材料概述1、什么是聚氨酯(PU)聚氨酯是聚氨基甲酸酯的简称,是以异氰酸酯(A料)和聚醚多元醇(B料)为主要原料,再配以其它少量的添加剂和辅料(发泡剂、催化剂、阻燃剂等)经高速搅拌混合,在固定的容器中反应生成连续的发泡聚合体。根据所用的原料和配方的不同,可做成实心和膨胀发泡两种,发泡的可制成软质、半硬质和硬质以及特殊泡沫塑料。目前在建筑物墙体保温中大都用的是硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料。硬质发泡体又有聚氨酯泡沫(PUR)(亦称:“硬泡聚氨酯”)和聚异氰脲酸酯泡沫(PIR)两种。本文将主要阐述聚氨酯泡沫(PUR)作为建筑材料在建筑节能领域中的应用。
