医院检验科是乙肝病人血液标本聚集的地方,为了了解本院检验科内环境中乙肝病毒(HBV)的污染情况,笔者于1998年2月采用ELISA法检测了本检验科环境中有关物体表面的HBsAg,现报告如下。1.资料和方法1·1 标本来源及采样 用浸有无菌生理盐水的无菌棉拭子在工作台,仪器表面反复涂抹,采样面积共约100cm~2,工作人员手采样于手指掌面,在工作人员收集标本和在加样时采集;水龙头采样为整体表面;电话机采样于送话器和把手;微量移液器为整个表面;吸耳球采样为整个表面;工作用笔为整支笔表面。采样科室包括门诊化验室、急诊化验室、病房化验室、生化室、免疫室、细菌室、血库。将已采样的棉拭子放入含有1ml无菌生理盐水的试管中,置4℃冰箱过夜,用力振荡后将棉拭子弃去,离心取上清液检测HBsAg。
