本文用蛇毒酶制剂和凝血酶对三种试验用稀释液和三种底物进行了凝固敏感性比较,然后选出最佳试验条件测定了8批蛇毒酶制品和三种蛇毒毒素。A、B、C三种稀释液以B液凝固敏感性最高。0.2%牛纤原、0.2%人纤原和绵羊血浆三种底物以0.2%牛纤原敏感性最好。在没有牛纤原的情况下也可考虑选用人纤原,但牛纤原来源容易、成本低、不含人类传染病原体,应为首选底物。
In this paper, snake venom enzyme preparation and thrombin were used to test three kinds of dilutions and three substrates coagulation sensitivity comparison, and then selected the best test conditions were determined 8 snake venom enzyme products and three snake venom toxin. A, B, C three kinds of diluent to B liquid coagulation sensitivity of the highest. 0.2% bovine fibroin, 0.2% human fibrinogen and sheep plasma three kinds of substrate with 0.2% best bovine fibroin sensitivity. In the absence of bovine fibroids can also consider the use of human fibroids, but the origin of bovine fibroids is easy, low cost, free from human infectious pathogens, should be the preferred substrate.
