本文测定了４例血透患者透析期间动静脉端益保世林（ＣＺＸ）血药浓度的变化及透析液中的排出量，经微机自动拟合处理，得出透析期间ＣＺＸ的药动学参数。结果提示，ＣＺＸ可被透析器有效清除。综合药动学参数和透析后血药浓度变化．建议一般感染在血透前给予ＣＺＸ１．０ｇ，血透后补充０．５ｇ；严重感染在血透前给予ＣＺＸ２．０ｇ。血透后补充１．０ｇ，以期达到维持较高峰浓度和校长时间，并最大程度地减少副作用的目的。
In this paper, we measured the changes of plasma concentration of arteriovenous and endocarbinol (CZX) and dialysate in four hemodialysis patients during dialysis. The pharmacokinetic parameters of CZX during dialysis . The results suggest that CZX can be effectively cleared by the dialyzer. Pharmacokinetic parameters and changes in blood concentration after dialysis. Proposed general infection before hemodialysis given CZX1.0g, hemodialysis supplement 0.5g; severe infection given before hemodialysis CZX2.0g. Hemodialysis supplement 1.0g, in order to achieve the purpose of maintaining a higher peak concentration and length of school, and minimize side effects.
