探讨低分子肝素钙治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法分析我科40例患者的临床资料。结果观察组20例中,显效12例,有效7例,无效1例,总有效率95%;对照组20例中,显效7例,有效8例,无效5例,总有效率75%;观察组疗效明显优于常规对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低分子肝素是普通肝素酶解或化学降解产物,它保留了普通肝素的基本结构,很少引起血小板减少,对出凝血指标的影响均在正常范围内变化,所以极少引起出血倾向,且生物利用度超过90%,体内不易清除,t1/2为普通肝素的2~3倍,有更明显的纤维蛋白溶解作用。
To investigate the effect of low molecular weight heparin on unstable angina pectoris. Methods The clinical data of 40 patients in our department were analyzed. Results In the observation group of 20 cases, 12 cases were markedly effective, 7 cases effective and 1 case ineffective, with a total effective rate of 95%. In the control group, 7 cases were markedly effective, 8 effective and 5 ineffective, with a total effective rate of 75% The curative effect of the group was obviously better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Low molecular weight heparin is the product of enzymolysis or chemical degradation of unfractionated heparin. It retains the basic structure of unfractionated heparin and rarely causes thrombocytopenia. The influence on coagulation index changes within the normal range, so it rarely causes hemorrhage. And the bioavailability of more than 90%, the body is not easy to remove, t1 / 2 of unfractionated heparin 2 to 3 times more obvious role of fibrinolysis.
