精心指导“三讲”教育

雷滇生同志代表中支党委所作的总结,全面概括了中支党委领导班子“三讲”教育的工作情况及所取得的经验、成绩和体会,并就如何巩固“三讲”教育成果,加强中心支行党委班子建设,适应金融改革和发展,全面推进昆明中支各项工作,提出了重要意见,我完全同意。我对昆明中支的“三讲”教育提出几点看法和意见。一、巡视组对昆明中支党委领导班子“三讲”教育的总体评价昆明中支党委领导班子的“三讲”教育,在八月进行专题学习的基础上,从十月初开始转入第二阶段到现在已告一段落。这次“三讲”教育是在新的形势下,贯彻落实党的十五大精神,推动全党深入学习邓小平理论,加强领导班子建设,提高领导干部素质的一项重要举措,也是今年党建工作的重点。昆明中支党委对开展“三讲”教育非常重视,指导思想明确,工作深入扎实;班子成员态度诚恳,严肃认真,积极投入;动员发动充分深入,广大干部职工积极、负责地参与。做到了“三讲”教育与当前工作两不误、两促进。整个“三讲”教育活动从抓学习开始,一步步深入,至今已取得了明显的成效,达到了预期目的。班子成员普遍感到,这次“三讲”教育受触动很大,受教育很深,必将对昆明中支今后的工作和发展产生重要的影响。自开展“三讲”教育以来,具体工作很多、很重,同志们勤奋工作,以饱满的热情始终能全身心投入,同心协力做了大量艰苦细致的工作。归纳起来,昆明中支领导班子“三讲”教育主要有以下六个特点: The summary made by Comrade Lei Diansheng on behalf of the Party Committee of the CPC makes a comprehensive summary of the work done by the leading group and the “three stresses” education of the Party branch of the CPC, as well as the experiences, achievements and experiences gained in this regard and on how to consolidate the “three stresses” Education achievements, strengthening the construction of the party branch of the central branch, adapting to the financial reform and development, and comprehensively promoting the various tasks of the CPC Central Committee in Kunming, put forward important opinions and I fully agree.
