雷滇生同志代表中支党委所作的总结,全面概括了中支党委领导班子“三讲”教育的工作情况及所取得的经验、成绩和体会,并就如何巩固“三讲”教育成果,加强中心支行党委班子建设,适应金融改革和发展,全面推进昆明中支各项工作,提出了重要意见,我完全同意。我对昆明中支的“三讲”教育提出几点看法和意见。一、巡视组对昆明中支党委领导班子“三讲”教育的总体评价昆明中支党委领导班子的“三讲”教育,在八月进行专题学习的基础上,从十月初开始转入第二阶段到现在已告一段落。这次“三讲”教育是在新的形势下,贯彻落实党的十五大精神,推动全党深入学习邓小平理论,加强领导班子建设,提高领导干部素质的一项重要举措,也是今年党建工作的重点。昆明中支党委对开展“三讲”教育非常重视,指导思想明确,工作深入扎实;班子成员态度诚恳,严肃认真,积极投入;动员发动充分深入,广大干部职工积极、负责地参与。做到了“三讲”教育与当前工作两不误、两促进。整个“三讲”教育活动从抓学习开始,一步步深入,至今已取得了明显的成效,达到了预期目的。班子成员普遍感到,这次“三讲”教育受触动很大,受教育很深,必将对昆明中支今后的工作和发展产生重要的影响。自开展“三讲”教育以来,具体工作很多、很重,同志们勤奋工作,以饱满的热情始终能全身心投入,同心协力做了大量艰苦细致的工作。归纳起来,昆明中支领导班子“三讲”教育主要有以下六个特点:
