[目的]建立同时测定稻米和土壤中啶虫脒和仲丁威残留量的气相色谱分析方法。[方法]确立了啶虫脒和仲丁威在土壤中的残留测定方法:样品经丙酮-石油醚(体积比1∶2)混合液提取,二氯甲烷萃取,气相色谱仪测定。稻米中的残留测定方法:样品提取后,丙酮-石油醚(体积比4∶6)作为洗脱液,经弗罗里硅土柱净化,气相色谱仪测定。[结果]啶虫脒和仲丁威在土壤中的添加回收率分别为95.76%~102.30%、81.12%~97.21%;变异系数分别为9.98%~12.10%、2.31%~6.28%。在稻米中的添加回收率分别为92.56%~106.50%、86.17%~95.16%;变异系数分别为10.30%~14.20%、4.45%~10.90%。[结论]方法快速、准确,灵敏度高和准确度好,能够满足农药残留分析的要求。
[Objective] The research aimed to establish a gas chromatographic method for the simultaneous determination of residues of acetamiprid and sec-butyl Dibenzo in rice and soil. [Method] The method for determining the residues of acetamiprid and secoptimine in soil was established. The samples were extracted with a mixture of acetone and petroleum ether (1: 2 by volume), extracted with dichloromethane and determined by gas chromatography. Determination of residues in rice: After the sample was extracted, acetone-petroleum ether (4: 6 by volume) was eluted with Florisil column and gas chromatograph. [Result] The recoveries of acetamiprid and secoptimine in soil were 95.76% ~ 102.30% and 81.12% ~ 97.21%, respectively. The coefficients of variation were 9.98% ~ 12.10% and 2.31% ~ 6.28%, respectively. The recoveries in rice were 92.56% -106.50% and 86.17% -95.16%, respectively. The coefficients of variation were 10.30% -14.20% and 4.45% -10.90%, respectively. [Conclusion] The method was rapid, accurate, sensitive and accurate, and could meet the requirements of pesticide residue analysis.
