4月29日,全省技工学校招生工作会议在济南召开。会上布置了今年的技工学校招生工作。刘宝合副厅长到会并作了重要讲话。刘宝合说,要正确认识当前招生工作的形势。近年来,技工学校招生工作特点就是一个“难”字。招生数量逐年下滑。去年全省统计范围内的技工学校302所,实际招生的只有241所。主要原因是教育结构调整造成的,随着高校的扩招,出现了普通高中热,中等职业教育被冷落。同时宣传不够,工作不到家,也是招生下滑的重要原因。今年的形势仍不乐观。但也应当看到,较之前几年,技工学校的招生工作有利因素也在逐步增加。一是《山东省职业教育条例》的颁布实施,明确了技工学校是整个职业教育的重要组成部分,与其他职业学校处于同等地位,解决了过去地位不平等的问题,为技工教育的发展提供了法律保障,为招生工作提供了强有力的支持,为职业教育和技工教育的发展创造了好的环境条件。二是中等职业教
