一台YZ18型压路机使用过程中出现以下3种故障。1.不能后退附图为YZ18型压路机的行走液压系统原理图。由行走驱动泵3依靠换向阀改变液压油流动方向,从而改变行走液压马达的转向而实现前进或后退。根据液压系统原理分析,在行走驱动泵3、液压马达1和9工作正常情况下,导致不能后退的原因可能有:换向阀不换向;后退高压溢流阀故障使行走驱动泵卸荷。
A YZ18-type roller used in the process of the following three kinds of faults. 1. Can not go back The picture shows the YZ18-type hydraulic walking hydraulic system schematic. The traveling drive pump 3 relies on the directional control valve to change the flow direction of the hydraulic oil so as to change the steering of the traveling hydraulic motor to move forward or backward. According to the hydraulic system principle analysis, the reason that the driving pump 3 and the hydraulic motors 1 and 9 work normally under the normal working condition may cause the reversing valve not to change direction; the backward high pressure relief valve malfunction makes the driving pump to unload.
