本文应用上海产ZU—1型阻抗仪、WF—1型微分处理器测定锦州地区120名健康成人心阻抗血流图。采用Kubicek四电极法同步测定心电囹,低频心音图,心阻抗变动阻抗图(△z),心阻抗微分图(dz/dt)。根据Kubicek公式计算每搏量,进而计算每分输出量,心脏指数,射血速度,总外周阻力,主动脉顺应性,并提出正常值范围。本文发现随年令增加,总外周阻力增高,其它各项心功能指标均下降,差异显著。这一趋势在49岁前变化缓慢,50岁后各项指标变化迅速,表明老年人心功能比青年人显著降低。本文观察各项心功能指标在性别间无显著差异。
In this paper, Shanghai ZU-1 impedance meter and WF-1 differential processor were used to measure the heart impedance blood flow of 120 healthy adults in Jinzhou. Kubicek four-electrode method for simultaneous determination of ECG, low-frequency phonocardiogram, heart impedance impedance diagram (△ z), heart impedance differential diagram (dz / dt). According to Kubicek’s formula, stroke volume was calculated, and then the output per index, cardiac index, ejection velocity, total peripheral resistance, aortic compliance and normal range were proposed. This article found that with the advent of the year, the total peripheral resistance increased, and other cardiac function indicators decreased, the difference was significant. This trend changed slowly before the age of 49 and varied rapidly after age 50, indicating a significant decrease in heart function in the elderly compared to young adults. This article observed the various cardiac function indicators no significant difference between the sexes.
