运用SWOT矩阵分析法分析了石河子房地产开发的三大板块——老城区板块、市中心区板块、城东开发区板块,结合目标客户的需求挖掘三地蕴含的市场价值,进而制定三地开发企业的经营策略——老城区及城中心区板块以旧房改造出售为主,开发区板块以需求为导向打造精品项目塑造企业品牌,以期促进本区房地产市场及经济的发展。
Using SWOT matrix analysis method, this paper analyzes three major sections of Shihezi’s real estate development, namely the Old City Area, the Downtown Area Area and the East Development Area, combining the market demand of the target customers with the market value contained in the three areas to develop the three development enterprises Business strategy - the old city and downtown area to the transformation of old-style houses for sale mainly to the development zone plate demand-oriented boutique project shaping corporate brand, with a view to promoting the real estate market in the region and economic development.
