M 7130平面磨床的垂直进刀由丝杆与滚动螺母控制。丝杆和滚动螺母在制造和调试过程中有微量的间隙。使用一段时间后,丝杆就会产生微量的磨损,增大了间隙。同时,由于磨头的重心不在丝杠上,容易产生倾斜,就会增加导轨的摩擦力,使磨头产生“落刀”现象。不仅影响加工精度以至造成工件报废,而且调整滚动螺母时必须拆下磨头,给维修带来不少困难。针对上述情况,我们利用磨床内部空间,安装了平衡锤装置。由附图可见,从磨头上固定一根6米钢丝绳,通过滑轮3在另一头钢丝绳吊一件80公斤平衡锤,以减小磨头的自重下
