本研究发现,即使在横截面各处载荷条件完全相同的拉—拉疲劳试验中,金属表层疲劳损伤沿试样厚度方向的分布也是不均匀的,是由外向里逐渐发展的。正是由于这个原因,表面强化对于改善疲劳性能具有特殊的意义。
This study found that even in the pull-pull fatigue test with the same loading conditions across the cross-section, the distribution of fatigue damage along the thickness of the specimen is uneven and gradually develops from the outside to the inside. It is for this reason that surface hardening has special significance for improving fatigue performance.
