秉承“对常态课予以足够的敬畏与尊重”的理念,我们积极探索“发挥学科指导小组作用,实现常态课有效教学”的管理之路。学科指导小组着眼日常课堂的观察与研究,真诚地帮助各学科的教师聚焦课堂,实践着专业引领与同伴互助的作用。
Adhering to the concept of “awe and respect for normal classes”, we actively explore ways to “play the role of discipline guidance group and achieve effective teaching of normal classes”. The discipline steering group looks at the daily classroom observation and research and sincerely helps teachers of various disciplines to focus on the classroom and practice the role of professional leading and peer helping each other.
