目的 :探讨甲状腺瘤及甲状腺癌的 CT表现特点和诊断价值。方法 :收集 1 986～ 1 999年经手术病理证实的 2 6例甲状腺瘤和 1 3例甲状腺癌进行 CT回顾性分析。结果 :经统计学处理 ,两者形状、边界的 P值 <0 .0 1 ,密度的 P值 <0 .0 5,部分腺瘤可显示瘤周完整强化环和 /或瘤内强化结节 ,腺癌可见瘤壁强化结节及邻近组织的侵犯和转移。结论 :CT在甲状腺瘤与甲状腺癌的诊断及鉴别诊断中具有重要价值
Objective: To investigate the CT features and diagnostic value of thyroid tumor and thyroid cancer. Methods: Twenty-six cases of thyroid neoplasia and 13 cases of thyroid cancer confirmed by surgery and pathology were retrospectively analyzed. RESULTS: After statistical analysis, the P values of the two shapes and boundaries were <0.01, and the P value of the density was <0.05. Some of the adenomas showed complete enhancement rings and/or enhanced intratumoral nodules. Adenocarcinoma can be seen in tumor wall enhancement nodules and adjacent tissue invasion and metastasis. Conclusion : CT has important value in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of thyroid tumor and thyroid cancer
