新课程改革强调学生学习方式的转变,在《新课程标准》的基本理念和课程实施建议中,“自主、合作、探究”已经成为新课程中最重要的学习方式之一。合作,从心理学的角度来说,是指两个或两个以上的个人或群体,为实现共同的目标,在某项活动中联合协作的心理行为。合作,是共同活动的基本条件,是集体凝聚力的核心,是取得成功的关键,它能克服传统教学存在的弊端,满足改革课堂教学提高教学效率的需要,它将社会心理学的合作原理纳入人际交往,对于认知发展有促进功能。在近几年的学习观摩实践中,我们的数学课堂发生了可喜的变化:合作学习进入数学课堂,学生成为学习的主体,学生的学习积极性有了很大的提高,自主、合作、探究正成为学生主要的学习方式之一。一、教师角色的定位
