采用外语焦虑量表(FLCAS)对1130名中学生的外语焦虑状况进行了问卷调查和相关研究。结果显示1)中学生外语学习过程中程度不同地存在外语焦虑;2)男性中学生的外语焦虑明显高于女性中学生;3)不同学校类型、不同年级中学生的外语焦虑有显著差异;4)学习成绩和外语焦虑存在相关性。从学习者出发从心理学角度提出两种克服或降低焦虑的方法自我精神分析法和认知重构法。
The foreign language anxiety scale (FLCAS) was used to investigate the foreign language anxiety of 1,130 middle school students. The results showed that 1) foreign language anxiety exists in different degrees in middle school students’ foreign language learning; 2) foreign language anxiety in male middle school students is significantly higher than that in female middle school students; 3) foreign language anxiety in middle school students of different school types and different grades is significantly different; 4) academic achievement and There is a correlation between foreign language anxiety. From the perspective of learners, two ways to overcome or reduce anxiety are proposed from the perspective of psychology: self-analysis and cognitive reconstruction.
