通过对实验动物肺灌洗过程灌洗回收液中总磷脂、二棕榈酰卵磷脂(DPPC)含量测定及灌洗后即刻肺组织光镜、电镜学观察,结果显示:灌洗回收液中总磷脂、DPPC含量随灌洗次数递增而递减,灌洗后即刻肺组织形态学表现为部分肺泡结构轻度紊乱,肺泡腔扩张,肺泡Ⅱ型上皮细胞表面微绒毛稀疏,短粗,细胞内板层体数量减少,呈排空状,提示灌洗可造成肺表面活性物质的丢失。
