随着国家对动漫的重视,各种相关政策的出台,使得社会动漫人才奇缺,同时也加速了各类高校对动漫相关专业的建设。通过十年的努力,各类院校又进一步加强对动漫专业的课程体系和教学模式的改革,虽然很努力,也想了各种办法,但是效果甚微。本文试图从动漫专业的特点、什么是团队精神、高职动漫学生的特点以及怎么样使团队精神成为一种习惯等几个方面来探讨高职动漫教学的新概念,对于研究和指导高职院校动漫设计专业的专业建设有一定的指导意义。 With the emphasis on animation in the country, the promulgation of various relevant policies has made the social animation talents scarce, and at the same time it has accelerated the construction of animation-related professions in various colleges and universities.
