经皮导管封堵器植入术可治疗膜周部室间隔缺损(PMVSD),因PMVSD与交界区传导系统相毗邻,经皮导管封堵器植入对PMVSD患者传导系统可产生影响。PMVSD经皮导管封堵器植入后即时延长HV,大样本病例的临床研究表明心脏传导阻滞的发生率为1.9%~30.4%,国内因完全性房室传导阻滞植入永久起搏器只有0.4%。PMVSD外科修补术后永久起搏器植入率少于1%。因此,PMVSD经皮导管封堵器植入并不增加心脏传导系统损伤的风险。
