目的:对鹅掌柴进行化学成分研究。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、RP-C8柱色谱等方法分离化学成分,利用NMR及性质等进行结构鉴定。结果:从中分离鉴定了6个羽扇豆烷型三萜及苷类化合物,分别为:3-epi-23-羟基桦木酸(Ⅰ)、3α-羟基-羽扇-20(29)-烯-23,28-二酸(Ⅱ)、3α,11α-二羟基-羽扇-20(29)-烯-23,28-二酸(Ⅲ)、3α-乙酰基-羽扇-20(29)-烯-23,28-二酸(Ⅳ)、3α-羟基-羽扇-20(29)-烯-23,28-二酸-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅴ)、3α-羟基-羽扇-20(29)-烯-23,28-二酸28-O-α-L-鼠李糖基-(1→4)-O-β-D-葡萄糖基-(1→6)-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅵ)。结论:其中,化合物Ⅰ~Ⅲ为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of Schefflera chinensis. Methods: The chemical constituents were isolated by silica gel column chromatography and RP-C8 column chromatography. Their structures were identified by NMR and their properties. Results: Six lupine alkane triterpenes and glycosides were isolated and identified as 3-epi-23-hydroxy betulinic acid (Ⅰ), 3α-hydroxy-lupus20 (29) -ene-23, (II), 3α, 11α-dihydroxy-lupan-20 (29) -ene- 23,28-dioic acid (III), 3a- acetyl-lupin-20 (29) -ene-23, (Ⅳ), 3α-hydroxy-lupine-20 (29) -ene-23,28-dioic acid-3-O-β-D-glucoside (V) 29) -ene-23,28-dioic acid 28-O-α-L-rhamnosyl- (1 → 4) -O-β-D-glucosyl- (1 → 6) -β-D-glucose Glycoside (Ⅵ). Conclusion: Among them, compounds Ⅰ ~ Ⅲ were isolated from this plant for the first time.
