目的研究三维适形放射治疗(three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy,3-DCRT)联合内分泌治疗在临床局限性前列腺癌治疗中的应用。方法 10例临床局限性前列腺癌应用3-DCRT联合内分泌治疗,治疗后平均随访时间15(7～28)个月。结果本组均完成3-DCRT联合内分泌治疗,随访平均15(7～28)个月,无因前列腺癌而死亡。伴有下尿路梗阻症状者,经治疗后明显缓解,仅1例放疗后出现轻度尿频、肛门坠胀感,随访血PSA,均<0.2 ng/ml。结论 3-DCRT联合内分泌治疗是前列腺癌根治性治疗方法之一。
Objective To study the application of three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy (3-DCRT) combined with endocrine therapy in the treatment of clinically localized prostate cancer. Methods Ten patients with clinically localized prostate cancer were treated with 3-DCRT combined with endocrine therapy. The average follow-up time was 15 (7-28) months after treatment. Results All patients were treated with 3-DCRT combined with endocrine therapy. The patients were followed up for an average of 15 months (7-28 months) without any death due to prostate cancer. Patients with symptoms of lower urinary tract obstruction were significantly relieved after treatment. Only 1 patient had mild urinary frequency, drooping anus and blood PSA after follow-up, all <0.2 ng / ml. Conclusion 3-DCRT combined with endocrine therapy is one of the radical treatment of prostate cancer.
