我国的传统文化思想理念源远流长,影响深远。本文从仁义本性论、人本定位、和为贵、和谐共生等传统文化理念视角分析其在现代医院人力资源管理中的体现和作用,进而从人才引进培养、组织激励、组织文化等方面探讨如何更好地利用传统文化理念来提升现代医院人力资源管理工作,为现代医院人力资源管理从传统的人事管理为核心向组织效能管理转型提供一些有益借鉴。
