为研究细小病毒B19、巨细胞病毒、弓形体与稽留流产的关系,应用聚合酶链反应技术(PCR)检测稽留流产103例及人工流产53例的绒毛组织中3种病原体DNA。结果发现流产组细小病毒、巨细胞病毒、弓形体感染率分别为17.47%、25.24%、29.13%,明显高于对照组,流产组两种及两种以上的病原体感染者20例,而对照组无多种病原体感染者。由此证明导致稽留流产可以一种病原体感染引起,也可能是多种病原体感染的后果。细小病毒B19是引起稽留流产的主要病原体之一。
To study the relationship between Parvovirus B19, Cytomegalovirus, Toxoplasma gondii and missed abortion, polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was used to detect the DNA of three pathogens in 103 cases of abortion and 53 cases of abortion. The results showed that the rates of parvovirus, cytomegalovirus and toxoplasma in miscarriage were 17.47%, 25.24% and 29.13%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in control group, two or more of the abortion group and two or more pathogens 20 cases, while the control group without multiple pathogen infection. Thus proving that missed abortion can cause a pathogen infection may also be the result of a variety of pathogen infections. Parvovirus B19 is one of the major pathogens causing missed abortion.
