幼龄和老龄鼠肝、心组织中过氧化脂质(LPO),超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)测定表明,幼龄鼠肝组织中LPO明显低于老龄鼠,心组织中LPO两组比较不显著(P<0.01、P>0.05);幼龄鼠肝、心组织中SOD活力显著高于老龄鼠(P<0.001、P<0.01);而GSH-Px活力明显低于老龄鼠(P<0.01P<0.01)。
LPO, SOD and GSH-Px in liver and heart tissues of young and old rats showed that LPO (P <0.01, P> 0.05). The activity of SOD in liver and heart of young mice was significantly higher than that of the old mice (P <0.001, P <0.01). While the activity of GSH-Px was significantly lower than that of the aged mice (P <0.01 P <0.01).
