随着“依法行政”与“法治政府”理论被越来越多的人推崇,建设法制社会的重要性日益凸显。我国的行政执法监督机制经过几十年的发展,基本形成了稳定的行政监督机制,但目前还存在着诸多问题,其监督效能远未达到预期。本文从如何对行政权力进行有效制约与监督的角度,分析我国现行行政监督制度存在的问题,同时提出基本思路和对策。 With the “administration by law” and “government under the rule of law” being respected by more and more people, the importance of building a legal system society has become increasingly prominent. After several decades of development, the administrative supervision and administration system of our country has basically formed a stable administrative supervision mechanism. However, there are still many problems at present, and the effectiveness of its supervision is far from expected. This article analyzes the existing problems in the current administrative supervision system in our country from the perspective of how to effectively control and supervise administrative power. At the same time, it puts forward some basic ideas and countermeasures.
