采用药膜法和毒饵法测定了微生物杀虫剂白僵菌、绿僵菌和苏云金芽孢杆菌对红火蚁的毒力。结果表明,受药36 h后,3种微生物杀虫剂浓度分别为5×107、1×108、2×108孢子(芽孢)/m L时,对红火蚁有较强的毒力,并随药剂浓度的提高而增强。3种微生物杀虫剂对红火蚁的毒力水平由高到低依次是白僵菌>苏云金芽孢杆菌>绿僵菌,LC50分别是2.919 8×105、4.706 8×106、1.401 8×107孢子(芽孢)/m L。
The toxicity of the microbe insecticides Beauveria bassiana, Metarhizium anisopliae and Bacillus thuringiensis to the red imported fire ant was determined by membrane method and bait method. The results showed that, after 36 h of treatment, the concentration of the three kinds of microbial insecticides were 5 × 107, 1 × 108 and 2 × 108 spores / ml, respectively.
