一:有备胜无备高考前的准备工作主要包括三个方面:知识、心理、生理。知识准备主要靠平时认真学习,不断总结;心理准备需要自身、老师、父母的共同参与;生理准备一般认为只要注意一下饮食,吃得好一点就没问题,这种观点其实非常片面。要知道,漫长而艰辛的高考复习需要付出大量体力与脑力成本,许多基础物质与能量不断消耗,许多生理垃圾大量产生,这些都是普通常识中所谓“吃好一点”无法解决的问题。考生整天忍受着头昏脑胀、思维迟钝、记忆下降、失眠多梦、四肢无力、精神不振……等问题的折磨。由此造成的学习效率下降、备考状态低迷直接影响到高考的成败! 研究显示,高考群体的生理健康问题带有很大的共同性,一般主要集中在以下4个方面:
