本文研究了ABA在水稻愈伤组织诱导、分化和继代培养中对植株再生率的调控和内源ABA含量的变化。试验结果表明:在诱导培养中ABA对愈伤组织的诱导率无影响,但诱导的愈伤组织植株再生率有所下降;在继代和分化培养中ABA明显地提高了愈伤组织的植株再生率。通过对植株再生率高低的愈伤组织内源ABA含量分析得出:愈伤组织植株再生率与内源ABA含量呈正相关。外源有目的地添加ABA进行的调控研究也证实了上述关系。另外,发现ABA与KT对继代培养的愈伤组织植株再生率有增效作用。
In this paper, the regulation of ABA on the plant regeneration rate and the change of endogenous ABA content in rice callus induction, differentiation and subculture were studied. The results showed that ABA had no effect on the induction rate of callus, but the callus induction rate of callus decreased. In the subculture and differentiation, ABA obviously improved the plant regeneration of callus rate. Through analyzing the content of ABA in the callus, the regeneration rate of callus was positively correlated with the content of ABA. The above study was also confirmed by the regulatory study of exogenously added ABA. In addition, it was found that ABA and KT have a synergistic effect on the plantlet regeneration rate of subculture callus.
