采用万能力学试验机、硬度计、电导率仪和透射电镜等手段,研究了单、双级时效制度对7A04铝合金铸造固溶处理板的力学性能、硬度、电导率和显微组织的影响。结果表明:通过建立两级时效温度与力学性能的三维坐标系,确定了双级峰值时效温度为120℃和160℃。与常规120℃/24 h单级峰值时效制度相比,采用120℃/1 h+160℃/1 h双级峰值时效制度,不仅力学性能相当,而且具有良好的抗应力腐蚀性能,热处理时间明显缩短,提高了生产效率,节省运行成本。
The mechanical properties, hardness, electrical conductivity and microstructure of 7A04 aluminum alloy casting solution treated plate were investigated by universal mechanical testing machine, hardness tester, conductivity meter and transmission electron microscope. The results show that the two-stage peak aging temperature is 120 ℃ and 160 ℃ by establishing the three-dimensional coordinate system of two-stage aging temperature and mechanical properties. Compared with the single-stage 120 ℃ / 24 h single-stage peak aging system, the double-stage peak aging system with 120 ℃ / 1 h + 160 ℃ / 1 h has the same mechanical properties, good stress corrosion resistance and obvious heat treatment time Shorten, improve production efficiency, save operating costs.
