在板材的热轧生产过程中,准确知道板材内部温度分布随时间的变化是板材力学性能控制的关键。以往的方法是利用有限差分法或常系数偏微分方程的解来计算温度场,为了避免有限差分法计算步数太多和常系数偏微分方程的解不能满足参数随温度变化而变化的不足,给出了分步解析的解。经试验对比,本方法计算结果与数值解法和实测值接近,可用于中厚板的温度场在线计算。
In the hot plate production process, accurate understanding of the temperature distribution within the plate over time is the key to mechanical properties of the plate. In the past, the temperature field was calculated by using the finite difference method or the solution of the partial differential equation with constant coefficient. In order to avoid the finite difference method calculating the number of steps and the solution of the constant coefficient partial differential equation can not satisfy the parameter variation with temperature, The solution to stepwise analysis is given. The experimental comparison, the method of calculation results and numerical solutions and the measured values close to the plate can be used for online calculation of the temperature field.
