老年性聋是老年人群中最常见的健康问题之一,老年性聋可能既是生理性的衰老现象,又是一种与遗传及生命过程中所遭受到的各种有害因素影响有关的病理现象。本文将近年来在老年性聋基因组学研究进展情况作一综述。 Senile deafness is one of the most common health problems in the elderly. Senile deafness may be both a physiological aging phenomenon and a pathological phenomenon related to the various harmful factors that may be encountered in the process of inheritance and life. In this paper, recent progress in the research of geriatric deaf genomics is reviewed.
