研究了双级固溶和双级时效对Al-Si-Mg合金组织、硬度和耐磨性的影响。结果表明:经520℃固溶8 h,然后再经145℃预时效3.5h和175℃终时效3.5h热处理后的试样硬度高,耐磨性好。
The effects of two-stage solid solution and two-stage aging on microstructure, hardness and wear resistance of Al-Si-Mg alloy were studied. The results show that the samples after heat treatment at 520 ℃ for 8 h, then pre-aging at 145 ℃ for 3.5h and aging at 175 ℃ for 3.5h show high hardness and good wear resistance.
